The above package is only an offer and not a confirmation. We shall proceed with your booking only after we receive your confirmation, advance and on availability of hotels mentioned. In case of non availability of rooms in the specified hotels, we will inform you the same and will give you different options of hotels and rate will increase or decrease depending upon the hotel selection. In case you are not satisfied with the alternate option, the advance paid will be refunded. Your accommodation is selected as per your preference and budget. We do not have any hidden charges. In Munnar, Thekkady, Ooty and Kodaikanal rooms will not be A/C since these are cold regions. Eravikulam National Park Munnar will be closed for 3 months in a year based upon the breeding period of the goats (Nilgiri Tahr). In A/C Deluxe & A/C Super Deluxe category Houseboat, A/C will be operational from 9:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. Houseboat check in is at 12 Noon and cruise is till 5 PM and thereafter after boat will be anchored according to the Government regulations. The above rates are valid for the mentioned period only. Any extra bed, breakfast, lunch, dinner or extra adult or kid above 5 year which is not included in the package had to be paid directly by the guest as per hotel policy. Balance payment should be made on or before arrival (Cheque & Demand Draft payment is not accepted). 3.5 % card charges for online booking and balance payment. In case of any unexpected bandh or strike, we will make alternative arrangements and expenses incurred due to the same are not included in the package. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel may charge extra for the same.
Cancellation Policy:
You are requested to make cancellation requests with valid booking details as per the defined policies before days from the travel date to claim the advance amount. Kindly go through the cancellation policy given below :
Please be informed that the cancellation policy is applicable for packages booked with a minimum of 30% advance of the total amount. The cancellation charge applies in certain cases as it completely depends on the amount we might recover from the vendors like hoteliers and cab operators we patronize. For Every Cancelation 20% of advance amount will be deduct as a Cancellation charge remaining advance amount will be refunded If you are cancelling 20 days before the arrival the 20% of the advance amount will be charged If you are Cancelling 20 to 10 Days before the arrival the 30% of the advance amount will be charged If you are Cancelling 10 to 5 Days before the arrival the 50% of the advance amount will be charged In case of ‘No Show’ or last-minute cancellations between less than 5 days prior to the arrival, 100% of the advance amount will be charged and no refunds are applicable in this case.
Refund Policy:
Your full advance amount we are paying to Hotels and Houseboat for the reservation blockings purposes, So the refund process will take 30 to 45 working Days

claims related to travel insurance. -
Changes to Itinerary:
Spinora Travel Company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to
unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events
beyond our control. Spinora Travel Company is not responsible for any costs or losses
incurred due to such changes. -
Optional Activities:
Spinora Travel Company may offer optional activities during the travel. Participation in
these activities is entirely voluntary, and travelers understand that these activities are not
mandatory and are at their own risk. -
Local Laws and Customs:
Spinora Travel Company will provide information about local laws and customs, but it is the
responsibility of the traveler to adhere to these laws and customs. -
Traveler Behavior:
Spinora Travel Company reserves the right to refuse service or remove a traveler from the
travel if their behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or illegal. -
Force Majeure:
Spinora Travel Company may not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, or other effects
on the travel due to circumstances beyond our control, such as war, terrorism, or natural
disasters. -
Communication:
Spinora Travel Company will provide communication channels for travelers to reach out in
case of any concerns or issues during the travel.
